I read the New York Times on the web every day. There is an interesting article in today's edition about how wires are disappearing from electronic devices, from phones to headsets, computer mice and networks, security systems and now audio and video equipment. I suppose we will always need wires to supply power but the trend in using power is to get rid of them.
