And by the way - when did you decide to start shooting some digital? Did you set the camera to monochrome or convert to B&W in the computer? I prefer to shoot in color and use the B&W conversion tool in Photoshop CS3.
Hi! I did shoot digital since 1998 when first commercial cameras arrived and returned to film just one year ago! I take the photo in color and the convert it to BW using Picasa or other software, I dont own PS. Thanks!
Ale - I admire your courage to go from digital to film, rather than the other way around like so many of us. You have learned well in both media. Picassa does a very good job for these kind of edits. If you can get it, you might try Photoshop Elements and see how much more you can do in B&W conversion.
